Missions and evangelism is one of the departments in South Eastern Kenya university Christian Union. The department is in the first line of achieving the mission of the SEKU Christian Union and above all looking forward to execute the will of our Lord Jesus Christ. [MATTHEW 28: 19] The mission department is divided in to two committees.The Inreach committee and the outreach committee. Annually, we conduct a mega outreach mission which takes a period of seven days immediately after semester two. About one hundred and twenty members of the Christian Union participate in the mission.
outreach committee deals with activities outside the school (missions) . Members of the outreach committee liase with the off campus ministry committee inorder to increase the effectiveness of missions in the immediate regions of SEKU and also in the entire country.
